Returns Policy

You can return any items that you’re unhappy with (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) within 14 days of purchase. Please return only unworn items, together with their original packaging and all associated material.  We recommend all returns are sent by Recorded Delivery. All returns are the purchaser’s responsibility. Postage costs will ONLY be refunded on faulty items.

Please notify us of your return by emailing sales@amandamay.co.uk, stating the reason(s) for your return. We will then provide you with further instructions for your return, including a returns address.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email. Returns are usually processed within 10 working days but this may vary during busy times. Refunds will always be processed into the same paypal account used for purchase and may take up to 5 working days to appear in your paypal account.

 

Free of charge items:

If you have received a product free of charge in conjunction with an offer then you may return the product for an exchange only if it is faulty. You will not be refunded for any returned free of charge products. If you have received an item free of charge alongside an item that you have paid for, the free item must be returned alongside the paid-for item.
